Section 2 — License Grant

Section 3 — What the District Receives

Full access to all 12 applications and any future updates released during the license term
Custom domain configuration on the district's own *.barrington220.org subdomains
Ongoing development, maintenance, and bug fixes
AI features (Bronco AI, Classmate Pro) maintained and improved under the license
Priority support and feature-request channel

Section 4 — What the District Does NOT Receive

Source code ownership or any transfer of underlying code
Rights to sublicense, resell, or share the platform with any other district or third party
Any rights to the white-label Campus Suite Pro business or its commercial operations
Ownership of any new IP created by A.L. Voris outside of defined job-scope duties
Rights to use the Bronco branding, AI logic, or systems architecture for any purpose outside District 220

Section 5 — Employment Contract Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

The following clauses MUST be explicitly included in the employment agreement:

All pre-existing IP listed in Section 1 remains solely the property of A.L. Voris.

Work-for-Hire Exclusion
Tools, code, or systems built outside of defined job-scope duties are NOT district property.

License Terms
The district receives a license only — no ownership, no source-code transfer.

White-Label Exclusion
Campus Suite Pro and any multi-district commercial business is entirely separate and unaffected by the employment relationship.

Wind-Down Provision
A 12-month license to continue using the suite survives any termination of employment, at no additional cost.
